Agreement Terms
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between {Client Name(s):2} referred to as “Client,” Located at {Property Address:3} and NSS HOME/ NOBLE SOLID SERVICE, referred to as “NSS,” collectively referred to as the “Parties,” with an effective date of {Effective Date:4}.
Acknowledgment of Value and Participation
Client acknowledges and agrees that NSS highly appreciates the Client’s consideration for the project. NSS values the feedback and active participation of the Client in NSS’s marketing survey.
Feedback and Review
Client agrees to provide honest and candid feedback regarding NSS’s services on platforms such as Google, Facebook, or equivalent, upon the completion or substantial progress of the project. Client also agrees to the inclusion of visual media depicting the completed project alongside the review, aimed at enhancing engagement and algorithmic visibility.
Neighborhood Engagement
Client, at their discretion, may share their experience with NSS within a local Facebook group, contributing to community awareness and credibility.
Case Study Inclusion
Client consents to the potential inclusion of their project in a case study in the form of an exit interview, supported by images, and other media, to serve as an illustrative example of NSS’s capabilities to potential clients.
Yard Sign Placement
Client grants permission for NSS to place a yard sign bearing NSS’s logo and information in a visible location on Client’s property, effectively promoting NSS’s services to passersby.
Brand Ambassador Program
Client may opt in for participation in NSS’s Brand Ambassador Program, wherein NSS invests ${Rebate Amount:10} of marketing funds into the Client’s project. This sum will be disbursed as a rebate upon successful completion of the project.
Client agrees to provide their legal name and signature to formalize their participation in the Brand Ambassador Program.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
